Feed-first — start in seconds.

The big one, on the App Store and now on Google Play. Self opens to a scrollable feed of book-backed ideas — no book, no setup, no cold start. Discover an idea, turn it into an action, build the proof.

New & changed
  • Now on Google Play — Self is on Android as well as iPhone.
  • Fully in Romanian — the app and all 568 ideas, with their ready-made actions, in English and Romanian. Personalized actions and Growth Insights are written in the language you use.
  • Ideas feed — open the app to ready-made, book-backed ideas. No book required.
  • Turn into action — make any idea one small, concrete action, with a suggested date you can change.
  • Personalized actions with Self+ — an idea's ready-made actions, retuned to your goal, your obstacles and the time you have.
  • One Actions list — feed and photo actions together, sorted into Overdue, Today, and Upcoming.
  • New free tier — three different actions per idea, replacing the old monthly capture limit.
  • Saved on every plan — your progress now saves to our servers whether or not you have Self+. Sign in with an account to keep it safe across devices; a guest session lives on its device, and if it's lost, it can't be restored.
  • Capture is now a Self+ power-up — photograph passages from your own books and turn them into actions, in the same list.
  • Reminders — for what's due today and what slipped past.
